The hotel's surroundings were nice, handy to have restaurants and shopping malls nearby. the staff was helpful, although perhaps not the most professional. the breakfast was decent, too. There were large and clean rooms, with interesting decor that added a bit of atmosphere.

But the overall experience would have been all right if it wasn't for the dreadful state of maintenance in almost everything. There were faulty fittings in the bathroom and the AC barely kept up with the heat.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, especially the large living area and bathroom. The hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for us, as there were many restaurants and shopping destinations within walking distance. Additionally, the support staff were exceptional - from the cleaning staff to the breakfast server, everyone was attentive and diligent, making our stay even more enjoyable.

During my Xmas holiday, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near many local restaurants and shopping centers, which made it easy to explore the area. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help me with any questions or requests I had. the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's taste buds.

The Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable, causing frustration when trying to connect to the internet. The shower was also problematic, as the water pressure was weak and difficult to adjust.

The staff were fantastic, very attentive and diligent. The cleaning staff and breakfast server were particularly hardworking. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shopping and transportation nearby.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Ayenda in Barranquilla. The WiFi was fast and reliable, a refreshing change from my previous experiences. The shower had great water pressure and no issues with flooding. Despite the minor inconvenience of only receiving one kit for my entire stay, the hotel made up for it with their attentive staff and convenient location. I would highly recommend this hotel.
